I am happlily married with 5 kids. I am an accoutant and worked in an accounting field for over 25 years. I like to make a habit of writing down whenever I have deep thoughts about God (so I won't forget). I really into Reformed Theology that is connected to Presbyterian Church in America.

Muscles spasms, tightness, and aching (spasticity)

Living with Multiple Sclerosis, I am prone to live with chronic pain. Most of the time, I am managing my chronic pain and just learn to listen to my body. There are times that my chronic pain can be very uncomfortable. The most common pain I face is spasticity. Spasticity refers to feelings of stiffness and a wide range of involuntary muscle spasms. This is one of my more common symptoms of MS. Spasticity I often experience is often the feeling of tightness of muscles and sometimes painful spasms, usually of the legs and my back. Today, I am home from work due to back pain. I have had back pain since Monday but it got worst last night that I could not sleep well because of the discomfort. I am hoping by tonight that my back pain will lighten up so I can sleep and go to work tomorrow. Other than that, I am feeling pretty good.
