God Allow things to happen but He is not the source of cause.

Direct: To regulate the activities or course of, to carry out the organizing, energizing, and supervising of, to dominate and determine the course. Judges 2:23 The LORD had allowed those nations to remain; he did not drive them out at once by giving them into the hands of Joshua. "Does Job fear God for nothing?" Satan replied. "Have you not put a hedge around him and his household and everything he has? God governs the world (Isa. 40:22-24), the nations (Isa. 40:15-17), and us (Proverbs 16:9). The Bible talks about that God give and take away. He allow the good and the bad to happen. Generations come and generations go, but the earth remains. There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven. There is a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain, a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace. All go to the same place; all come from dust, and to dust all return. Therefore, God do NOT cause however He does allow things to happen. God is in control.
