Doctrine of Christian Faith

People simply misunderstood the doctrine of Christian faith and there have been a great deal of discussion taking place about "the lack of faith" in the past year. Just because of not widely accepted doctrine that included physcial healing as part of temporal atonement. Just because of that arguement, people will give a person who is unhealed an unanswerable response. This is like Job sitting listening to his friends regarding his situations mentioned in the Book of Job. No matter how ridiculous and unscriptural it may be, no matter how these critical Christians who will not without question accept the opposite doctrine. They are missing the nature of true Christian faith, for true Christianity is inward, and what is wrong cannot be reached by these external means. Faith is not measured as in superior Christians. Faith is also not a virtue attainable by a limited few but rather freely given by the Holy Spirit. Faith is not the ability to persuade ourselves that we desire will happen if we only wish hard enough. The bottom line, Faith is simply bringing Christians' minds into accord with the truth. The Word of God and Faith in God. The Christian of faith walks in confidence in God. God desires and loves to be trusted by His creatures. Faith is not optimism because it breeds false hope. An ill-founded optimism to me is extremely harmful within the Christian community. I believe a Christian should not be either pessimistic or optimistic. If a Christian thinks of their future that caused them to fall back on unreasoning hope. This blind optimism will make a Christian waste their time and energy on what they felt they should get because spiritual Christian is to focus on their time and energy on what God wants us to do. Faith is confidence in God's self-revelation of Himself in the Scriptures. We to set our minds on things above. By A.W. Tozer: Quote
Faith is subjective, but it is sound only when it corresponds with objective reality. The man's faith in the mountain is valid only because the mountain is there; otherwise it would be mere imagination and would need to be sharply corrected to rescue the man from harmful delusion. So God is what He is in Himself. He does not become what we believe. "I AM That I AM." We are on safe ground only when we know what kind of God He is and adjust our entire being to the holy concept.
