I am happlily married with 5 kids. I am an accoutant and worked in an accounting field for over 25 years. I like to make a habit of writing down whenever I have deep thoughts about God (so I won't forget). I really into Reformed Theology that is connected to Presbyterian Church in America.

I enjoy having deep thoughts about God and put down what I actually think about (so I won't forget).

We were bought with a price.........

We were bought at a price that we are to honor God (see 1 Corinthians 6:20). God will not lead us unless He is able to use us for His own glory. God cannot lead stubborn and selfish Christians who are trying to use God for their own spiritual & personal agendas. When placing claims or labeling, there is a danger of idolatry. The seduction of idolatry have been very strong and very successful since the days of the Old Testament books. If I am seeking God for my own selfishness (self-interest) other than my personal salvation with Jesus Christ is a form of idolatry. I need to guard myself and be on the watch against any object of worship that belongs only to God.
