God's will and our hearts

2 Thessalonians 3:1-3 Finally, brothers, pray for us that the message of the Lord may spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with you. And pray that we may be delivered from wicked and evil men, for not everyone has faith. But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen and protect you from the evil one. God is faithful in all situations. Deuteronomy 7:9 Know therefore that the LORD your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commands. 1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it. 2 Corinthians 1:18 But as surely as God is faithful, our message to you is not "Yes" and "No." 1 Thessalonians 4:1-3 Finally, brothers, we instructed you how to live in order to please God, as in fact you are living. Now we ask you and urge you in the Lord Jesus to do this more and more. For you know what instructions we gave you by the authority of the Lord Jesus. It is God's will that you should be sanctified. John 17:19 For them I sanctify myself, that they too may be truly sanctified. Acts 20:32 "Now I commit you to God and to the word of his grace, which can build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified. Acts 26:18 to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.' 1 Corinthians 1:2 To the church of God in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus and called to be holy, together with all those everywhere who call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ— It is God's will however He choose to give us. I have great image (idea) of what Heaven would look like but we are aliens here on earth. At the same time, I have to be careful how I use my images of God and Heaven so I won't violate God's second Commandment. 1Peter 2:11 Dear friends, I urge you, as aliens and strangers in the world, to abstain from sinful desires, which war against your soul. Spiritually,"Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God's people and members of God's household." (Ephesians 2:19) Perfect in Jesus Christ's definition: Matthew 19:21 Jesus answered, "If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me." Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; Proverbs 4:23 Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life. Proverbs 11:20 The LORD detests men of perverse heart but he delights in those whose ways are blameless. Ezekiel 11:21 But as for those whose hearts are devoted to their vile images and detestable idols, I will bring down on their own heads what they have done, declares the Sovereign LORD." 1 Thessalonians 4:1-3 Finally, brothers, we instructed you how to live in order to please God, as in fact you are living. Now we ask you and urge you in the Lord Jesus to do this more and more. For you know what instructions we gave you by the authority of the Lord Jesus. It is God's will that you should be sanctified. John 17:19 For them I sanctify myself, that they too may be truly sanctified. James 4:15 Instead, you ought to say, "If it is the Lord's will, we will live and do this or that." It is God's will however He choose to give us.
