Divine healing

Divine healing will happen but God's time is not the same as our time. The comparison of time with God. A thousand years is like yesterday. It is like one day. One day is as a thousand years. God's perspective on time is not the same as ours. The Bible does not say one day is a thousand years to the Lord or a thousand years is one day. It is just a comparison point. For example, thes comparison of time when we consider an adult's perspective and a child's perspective. The most well-known example is when a family travel, "Are we there yet?" God is an adult while we are His children and people are saying "Am I healed yet?". 2 Peter 3:8-9 But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. Habakkuk 2:2-3 Then the LORD replied: "Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it. For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay. Hebrews 11:38-39 These were all commended for their faith, yet none of them received what had been promised. God had planned something better for us so that only together with us would they be made perfect. There will be teachers talk of "now" instead of from God's perspective of time. Think about it. As a believer, one thousand years does not amount to anything for me, either. We all need to keep God's perspective on time because we need to appreciate why God is doing what He does and the way He does it. I have faith in God as who He is and His decisions. God always have a purpose. God always have a reason. God is not indifferent nor does He lack the ability to accomplish what He has promised. From human point of view, things may not happen when we think they should or on our timetable, but they will happen on God's timetable when Peter said in 2 Peter 3:9: "The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness." The Old Testament said the same thing in Habakkuk 2:3 It will happen at the appointed time. From our perspective it seems to drag on, but from His perspective it is right on time. Why does He do it this way? "The Lord is not slow ... as some count slowness." Habakkuk 2:2-3 explains "Then the Lord answered me and said, "Record the vision And inscribe it on tablets...For the vision is yet for the appointed time; It hastens toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it tarries, wait for it; For it will certainly come, it will not delay." God is making the same point: God has spoken, His Word said DO NOT GET TIRED of WAITING. Note the way that it is put here: "Though it tarries, ... it will not delay." In other words, even though it seems like it is taking awhile, it is right on schedule. Faith is focusing on God's decision. It isn't that He just hasn't gotten around to doing it, He has a purpose. There will be doctrines they choose not to consider this truth. 2 Peter 3:3 is saying, "I want you, loved ones, to be careful that you do not overlook, that you do not ignore, this very crucial truth regarding the coming of the Lord." In verse 3, he reminds them, "Know this first of all, ... mockers will come..." In verse 8, he continues, "but you be careful that you do not overlook what the mockers are overlooking." What does God do not want us to overlook? This one fact "...that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day." We must remember that God does not see time from our perspective. It does not mean that God does not recognize time. It does not say that there is no time with God, but time does not impact God the way it impacts us. Great faiths listed in the New Testament were great examples, Hebrews 11:38-39 These were all commended for their faith, yet none of them received what had been promised. God has given us opportunities to do the Great Commission with our circumstances which means an opportunity that is defined as a providential circumstance which permits us to use to glorify God. All circumstances can turn people to God. Matthew 6:34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. "Let us run with patience the race that is set before us." Hebrews 12:1.......a Christian have the right to hope, for only he/she have the power of God to give. Such Christian have a right to look upward and wait for the fulfillment of every promise. A faithful Christian will see to it that his/her anticipations conform to the revealed Word of God and he/she has nothing to doubt or fear in life or in death. One of the doctrinal beliefs is the essence of faith is guaranteed-physical-atonement where someone believe in faith rather than believe in God. Because under the circumstances of guaranteed faith doctrine is not good to attempt trying to understand because many of those who taught those doctrines have said they don't understand why many are not healed but they will add thoughts of all the possibilities of whys EXCEPT one which is God's decision not to heal. God will always accomplish His purposes in His eternal time. My present deliverance sets me free from the penalty and power of sin. Jesus is the Great Deliverer, through whom I have victory over sin, death and Hell. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved (Romans 10:8b-10). The heart believes and the mouth confesses. Both are necessary to salvation (of course to some healing). We can't be saved without faith and with regard to salvation, we are touched and cleansed from SINS when we came to Christ in faith, only in terms of the disease of sin which is worse than the diseases. Spiritual Healing means "PEACE with God" Jesus was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His wounds we are healed (reconciled with God) (1). Jesus will keep in perfect peace in our mind, because we trusts in Him (2). The Lord have said, I have created praise on the lips of the mourners " Peace, peace, to those far and near," says the LORD. "And I will heal (reconcile with) them"(3). Jesus came and preached peace to us who were far away and peace to those who were near. For through Him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit (4). All this is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. He has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God. God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God (5). Because of Christ,"Blessed are the peacemakers, for we are called sons of God (6). Romans 14:19 There is a difference between doctrinal beliefs and practical beliefs. A doctrinal belief is what we hold in teachings, and the practical belief is what you hold in reality and what holds you in your day-to-day living as those great faiths in the Bible who didn't have similar doctrines as we do today. Many of them didn't even have the "Word". They believed the Promises of God when told. In definition of God's time, yes my faith made me whole. In defintion of a human's time, yes my faith have saved me from eternal hell. According to my faith, I am whole in God's eternal promises. What does God do not want us to overlook? This one fact "...that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day." We must remember that God does not see time from our perspective. It does not mean that God does not recognize time. It does not say that there is no time with God, but time does not impact God the way it impacts us. I am whole by faith through Grace, physical healing will happen in God's time, not mine. God's Word is With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. God's Character and His Sovereign regarding what is best for HIS Glory. All words applies in the Word of God such as healing, His coming back and all blessings. When you look at God's time, we CAN'T comprehend but we have faith in His decisions. God' time is not the same as OUR time. When a person died without being healed. The person is with the Lord fully healed for eternity. The "promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come". God's healing happens at HIS time. Not everyone will get the promises during their time on earth but they will when they get into heaven as Hebrews 11:39 "These were all commended for their faith, yet none of them received what had been promised."
