Defnition of Expectation from God

Word of faith (similar movements) have came up with a definition of God's expectations of faith that have replaced God's grace of faith. My faith is not in my works. My faith is the generator of my works. Faith produces works. With this "burden factor" in mind, Jesus said, "Woe to you also, lawyers [experts in religious law]! For you load men with burdens hard to bear, and you yourselves do not touch the burdens with one of your fingers" (Luke 11:46). Have to do something? I have learned that all Jesus wants from me is to love Him and submit to Him. He simply wants me to allow Him to be in my life by transferring my will to His will. A.W Tozer's quote made it very clear to me, "The Lord will not save those he cannot command." By surrendering my will to Jesus will not solve my problems. I realized that when I allow Him, my life is more peaceful and more enjoyable. In 2 Peter, Chapter 1, verses 5 through 9: "make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love. For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But if anyone does not have them, he is nearsighted and blind, and has forgotten that he has been cleansed from his past sins. By grace in faith, God brings them into the His family and starts the process of transforming them into the image of Jesus Christ (Rom. 8:28,29). The Biblical process of solving personality and behavioral problems begins with God's Word revealing our hearts (James 1:21-25, Heb. 4:12). At that point we can then go to the real Christ for grace, mercy and help (Heb. 4:13-16). Then as the real Holy Spirit ministers in our lives through the Word of God, we will grow in abundant life and godliness (II Pet. 1:3) and become adequate for every good work (II Tim. 3:16,17). Read Romans Chapters 12, 13, 14 and 15 and Book of Galatians because they teach believers to have a real relationship with God. You can enjoy living a Christian life without being a legalist. Have a relationship with Jesus Christ, your Lord and Savior. That's God expectations. God's expectations is not about healing but rather having a intimate relationship with Him and we are to TRUST Him in our lives.

More about the "right to be healed"

For thousand years, Christians have died without being physically healed. Its very much known by everybody except those who holds a doctrine of healing that I disagree. The bottom line is this: Knowing about the "administration of God's grace" that Jesus revealed to the Apostle Paul (Ephesians 3:2-4) is the answer-this time to the problem of unhealed Christians. Ephesians 3:2-4 Surely you have heard about the administration of God's grace that was given to me for you, that is, the mystery made known to me by revelation, as I have already written briefly. In reading this, then, you will be able to understand my insight into the mystery of Christ. Then later in Ephesians 3:10-13 His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, according to his eternal purpose which he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence. I ask you, therefore, not to be discouraged because of my sufferings for you, which are your glory. Early in Paul's ministry, the Lord gave him the power to heal everyone (see Acts 19:11-12, 28:9 for examples). But there was always one person Paul couldn't heal ... himself! He wrote to the Galatians, "it was because of an illness that I first preached to you." (Galatians 4:13-14) Despite all the talk about "divine healings," the death rate has remained the same, one a piece. We all have to keep in mind of God's eternal promises. What people (like you) are saying are making people more angry than the guilt trip that some want to lay on those of us who are not always and immediately healed here on earth. The bottom line: Healing MAY come in this life, but it's not a lack of faith which causes people to not be healed here and now. The promise, and God's Grace, is still ready and available for any and all to receive -- by faith -- and even if the condition of life contradict the promise, we are still called to proclaim -- by faith -- that we are healed. The complete healing may not be manifested until we all enter Glory, or it may be manifested in ways that we least expect -- emotional and spiritual rather than physical -- but the promise is sure and true and we can depend upon it.

Without Faith.............

What does our action (or lack of it) reveal about your faith and mine? For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved (Romans 10:8b-10). The heart believes and the mouth confesses. Both are necessary to salvation (of course to some healing). We can't be saved without faith and with regard to salvation, we are touched and cleansed from SINS when we came to Christ in faith, only in terms of the disease of sin which is worse than the diseases. "Let us run with patience the race that is set before us." Hebrews 12:1.......a Christian have the right to hope, for only he/she have the power of God to give. Such Christian have a right to look upward and wait for the fulfillment of every promise. A faithful Christian will see to it that his/her anticipations conform to the revealed Word of God and he/she has nothing to doubt or fear in life or in death. One of the doctrinal beliefs is the essence of faith is guaranteed-physical-atonement where someone believe in faith rather than believe in God. Because under the circumstances of guaranteed faith doctrine is not good to attempt trying to understand because many of those who taught those doctrines have said they don't understand why many are not healed but they will add thoughts of all the possibilities of whys EXCEPT one which is God's decision not to heal. Healing is God's choice, not mine. God's Sovereign Choice is explained in Romans 9. True FAITH trust God's Sovereign choices in our lives. Here are verses 14-19 What then shall we say? Is God unjust? Not at all! For he says to Moses, "I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion." It does not, therefore, depend on man's desire or effort, but on God's mercy. For the Scripture says to Pharaoh: "I raised you up for this very purpose, that I might display my power in you and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth." Therefore God has mercy on whom he wants to have mercy, and he hardens whom he wants to harden. One of you will say to me: "Then why does God still blame us? For who resists his will?" Talking about choose to heal or choose to have faith in God.
