I am happlily married with 5 kids. I am an accoutant and worked in an accounting field for over 25 years. I like to make a habit of writing down whenever I have deep thoughts about God (so I won't forget). I really into Reformed Theology that is connected to Presbyterian Church in America.

Behaving like a Spirit-filled Christian

At the moment we are saved and baptized, we became spirit-filled by the Holy Spirit. The problem is this, we do not know what Spirit-filled really means nor we know how to practice Spirit-filled virtues. In Ephesians 5:18 where the present tense of the verb in Greek means: "Keep on being filled with the Spirit." We are to look carefully how we walk because if we are unwise, the days are evil and evil will confuse us. We must not be foolish but understand what the will of the Lord is. Being Spirit-filled does not qualified as special or superior but rather in humility by submitting to the Holy Spirit. We are spiritual with spiritual attitudes of our hearts. If the people are submitting to the Holy Spirit, who will give them fruit. Let the Holy Spirit do what He will through you. Spirit-lead is outlined in Galatians 5:22-23 "The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control."
