Intellect often come with PRIDE.

Intellect often come with PRIDE. It is pride to refuse to acknowledge the conviction of the Holy Spirit to repent and turn to Jesus for salvation. God will not dwell in our prideful thoughts of ourselves. The key is comprehension to understand why Christ died on the Cross and be able to feel the conviction of the Holy Spirit to be humbled. We cannot repent on our own without the help from the Holy Spirit. We are to repent with the help from the Holy Spirit who will help us TRANSFORM us to the image of God. Being smart do not save you but have the humble heart with the comprehension that we need Christ.

The Gospels

All of the Gospel have been written for different audience. Matthew written for Jewish audience. The main focus of Christ was about Jesus the KING. The Promised Savior Mark written for everyone (Mark is the most simple Gospel of all Gospels). The main focus of Christ was about Jesus the SERVANT. The Powerful Savior Luke was a doctor written for Gentiles and those who want to know how Jesus was suffering physcially. The main focus of Christ was about Jesus as MAN. The Perfect Savior John written for mostly the Jewish audience. The main focus of Christ was about Jesus as GOD. The Personal Savior

Judged more strictly

A determination to know what cannot be known will harm fellow Christians. God has warned that He will take the wise in their own craftiness and bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. If we believe God and honor His Word, if we walk by faith in love and obedience, there will be eternal rewards for each of us in that great coming day. Our rewards will differ according to His will because He will make the right judgments for each of us. 1 Corinthians 3:12-15. My works will be tested by fire each day I walk, and while I am walking, my works will be burned and purified. Some rewards will be burn up and some will remain. I won't know until I get into heaven. Reading the Scriptures, I understand that I will be rewarded for the good that's remaining after my spiritual motivations (however anyone wants to term this) have been burned up, and the burning of the stuff occurs in 1 Corinthians 3. Sin in my life towards the end of my life. I can begin to forfeit my rewards and those things listed would be taken back off the list, added to the "wood, hay, and stubble" kind of thing, and your reward would be less. Gold, silver, and costly stones. These are symbolic of good work. But it’s more than good. It’s eternal work, spiritual work. It’s work that is born of the Spirit of God, ordered by Him. It’s work that is born out of an abiding relationship with Christ. Wood, hay, and straw. These are symbolic of inadequate work. Now that does not mean that it’s not perceived as good. It may look good, but in reality it was not good at all. That’s because it had its origin in the flesh. The Spirit of God never authorized it. It’s work that is not led by the Spirit, but is merely human effort to please God. Motives may be a selfish desire to do something for Jesus. It may be a desire to look good in the eyes of others. Spiritual works must flow from the will of God. Jesus said it is the one who does the will of the Father who really does good works. That’s the key requirement for doing the works of the Kingdom. When the Lord looks, He sees all. He sees beyond the surface, even to the thoughts and intents of our heart. So perhaps this fire that will try our works is the all seeing eye of the Lord Himself. But in any case, the nature of our works will be revealed. And what is the outcome? What is the prize which awaits those who do Kingdom work? The nature of the spiritual work determines the reward or loss. If what I have built survives, I will receive my reward; however, if it is burned up, I will suffer loss. I am still saved and I am sealed to enter into heaven regardless. Whatever I built spiritual during my human life, my rewards may escape through the flames. If my works passed the test and stand because they are true spiritual works of the Kingdom, then I will be rewarded according to my works. God will judge those who teaches from the heart with the right spiritual motives, that their spiritual work will be gold, silver, and costly stones. "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." (Gal. 6:9) As for teachers/preachers/witnessing or whoever is explaining doctrines to other people. God will judge those who explain false doctrines. James 3:1 "Not many of you should presume to be teachers, my brothers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly." We should be judging ourselves rather judging others. God is not impressed by my appearance (1. Samuel 16:7). The Lord said to Samuel, "Don't judge by his appearance or height, for I have rejected him. The Lord don't make decisions the way you do. People judge by outward appearance, but the Lord looks at a person's thoughts and intentions (heart)." (NLT) Another possibility is this: Jesus said in Matthew 7:22-23"Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?' Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!'

In Heaven.......

I truly believe when we get into heaven, I will remember those who were in my life on earth but I won't remember what I did with them on earth. I am thinking eternal sense rather than temporal. There is only a change of residence at the time of physical death. My tent (body) will turn to dust while my soul will change its location (heaven). Physical death brings a change of residence not an end of my existence but rather the end of my temporay body. Residence is dramatically changed. We have little or nothing in human experience on earth that qualifies greater spiritual experience in heaven. 2 Corinthians 5:1 Now we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands. I was thinking and the Holy Spirit reminded me of David's son. In 2 Samuel 12:13-15 Then David said to Nathan, "I have sinned against the LORD." Nathan replied, "The LORD has taken away your sin. You are not going to die. 14 But because by doing this you have made the enemies of the LORD show utter contempt, the son born to you will die. After Nathan had gone home, the LORD struck the child that Uriah's wife had borne to David, and he became ill." King David prayed for his infant son who was dying. God took the life of the little boy, and David said, "But now that he is dead...Can I bring him back again? I will go to him, but he will not return to me" (2 Samuel 12:23). David spoke under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and indicated that he, David, would someday go to be with his little son. David was a believer who was redeemed and upon death went "non-stop" to Heaven.

We have Liberty but not the liberty to abuse our liberty

Every Christian must decide whether they will us their liberty to decide on their moral decisions. We are free, but our freedom must prove a source of real temptation of this world. We are free from the chains of sin because by grace we are saved by Christ that we are forgiven. Spiritual liberty means the freedom to be all that we were designed to be, but this is not a freedom that is without restrictions or responsibilities. Grace is about loving other people that we have the freedom to do so but at the same time, respect how they practice their beliefs. As long as our conscience is clear and our heart is pure before God, don't be concerned with issues. I mean, it's like losing ourselves in the pursuit of Christ and let everything else take its place. In Romans 14:5 "One man considers one day more sacred than another; another man considers every day alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind." 1 Corinthians 10:28-29 "both for the sake of the man who told you and for conscience' sake, the other man's conscience, I mean, not yours. For why should my freedom be judged by another's conscience?"

Is Holy Spirit a Force?

The Holy Spirit is God and I always known that God do not use force but rather movement of love. My Faith itself is not in my works because the Holy Spirit is the generator of my works which is obedience and love. Through the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of life and light and love. He will always act like Jesus, toward sinners in compassion, toward saints in warm affection, toward others in love. Do we really submit to the fruits of the spirit as spirit-filled Christians? True faith is not focusing the power of the Holy Spirit as a force but rather eternal future and power to trust Christ wherever He leads us. People often view God as the "force" of power which is not true. God do not use "force" of any kind. God is absolutely powerful but at the same time, He does not force but rather authority. Force and Authority are two seperate meanings from God's perspective. Why do people fear God? Think about it. Satan and pride often uses force. In John 6:14-15 there was a force plot against Jesus: After the people saw the miraculous sign that Jesus did, they began to say, "Surely this is the Prophet who is to come into the world." Jesus, knowing that they intended to come and make him king by force, withdrew again to a mountain by himself. Jesus didn't force them to go away but rather Jesus moved away to another location. God have the power to do everything according to His will. Ephesians 3:20-21 (NIV) Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen. Colossians 1:28-29 (NIV) We proclaim him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone perfect in Christ. To this end I labor, struggling with all his energy, which so powerfully works in me. In 2 Corinthians 12:9, God said: "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. God can only use believers who have limitations, which are weaknesses that the believer inherited or has no power to change. God do not force us to change but rather gives the power of the Holy Spirit to convict us to change. I never viewed the Holy Spirit as "force" but rather a person who is GOD. Regarding facing spiritual warfare. “Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.” Ephesians 6:17 (NLT) There is no force on the offensive side but rather wisdom through the sword of the Spirit on the defensive side. "Watch and pray that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak."--Matt. 26:41. Biblically, Christians are no longer "in the flesh": "You are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him" (Rom 8:9). "If Christ is in us, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness" (Romans 8:10). In my office, I have this cute cartoon. It is showing a cute person wearing the Armor of God and shooting arrows (devil's schemes). A quote under the cartoon states: "Look at it this way...... Without these trials, testing of your faith, working of patience, and fighting a good fight.......LIFE COULD BE BORING." (see 1 Peter 1:7) Through the Sword of the Spirit, we have the power to overcome any temptations and evil that we face in this world. Force is not needed because Grace is more powerful than force. Many Christians seem to understand the concept of being saved by grace, but they have missed the concept of being sustained by grace. Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. In Star Wars.. there's a famous quote: "May the Force be with you". People are often confused on the wording of "force" and mixing it up with power. God's power do not need force and never need to use force. The Holy Spirit is powerful because He is God. When Jesus said that the Comforter is coming, He was saying: "The Comforter will not come to stand on His own, to speak on His own authority. He will guide you into all truth-He will speak and act on the authority of the divine Godhead: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. God is spirit and faith is required to know Christ and then, the Holy Spirit will reveal who God really is. The Holy Spirit manifests Christ into our human spirit, not to our physical eyes. Without the Holy Spirit, human pride often create the confusions and seeing contradictions that are plainly outside the field of human understanding. The works in the standard what people call "measure of Faith" is another term to add to pride. The measure of faith by some is defined how successful you are spiritually. I truly don't believe that God determine (measure) our faith based on our own works. We need to guard our spiritual motives carefully and walk in Spirit. People are forgetting that faith is not the only issue that God is looking for. God is looking for holiness. The heart is where God meets us because that is where we make our decisions.
